An estate made for gathering
Three charming buildings connected to each other, set within a vast wooded park. The main house features a kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, and 4 bedrooms (2 of them connected). The adjoining annex has its own living room, a kitchenette, and 2 bedrooms. A cottage completes the estate with an additional two-story bedrooms.
In total: 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms accommodating up to 16 guests. Hotel-quality bedding, linens provided, and those small details that make all the difference — coffee and essentials provided on arrival, board games, library.
Pool and relaxation
A large heated pool (16x36 ft / 5x11m) in the heart of the park, open from late April to early October and secured with safety barriers. To extend the evenings: an outdoor hot tub accessible year-round.
Sun loungers, shaded terrace, and garden furniture complete the relaxation area.
Activities for everyone
Outdoors: amateur tennis court, pétanque court, ping-pong table, children's playground (swings, slide), plancha barbecue.
Indoors: pool table, board games, library, dedicated children's corner.
Hiking trails and cycling paths connecting to the Loire à Vélo route are accessible directly from the house. The Château de Sully-sur-Loire is 20 minutes away.

Nous avons passé un très bon long week-end dans la maison de Montereau. Très confortable pour 3 familles avec enfants, avec des espaces séparés et suffisamment de salles de bain et wc! La petite maison indépendante était parfaite pour les ados. La maison est très jolie, charmante, l'endroit bucoli...
